Cashew Sugar Cookies
In food processor chop coarsely:
1/2 cup cashews
Add and pulse once:
1 1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
Add and pulse to crumb form:
1/2 cup cold butter, diced
Form mixture into ball and dip top of
cookie into sugar (I use coarse or raw
sugar). Press cashew on top. Place 1"
apart on ungreased pan.
Bake 350 until golden on bottom (approx.
10 minutes)
This cookie can be made with any of your
favorite nuts.
