Easy Carrot Rolls

Whisk:
3 cups regular flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 pkg yeast

Add:
1-1/2 cups warm water
2 Tbs butter, melted

Mix and incorporate:
2 1/4 cups finely grated carrots
1 Tbs dried parsley
1/2 tsp dried rosemary & thyme
2-1/2 tsp salt

Let rise 1 1/2 hours. Form into loaves and let rise an additional hour.
Bake 400 oven 25-30 minutes.
