Hi Nancy: Hope all is well with you and kitties. Erma in Jacksonville, Fl. wanted an E'Clair in a bowl recipe. This is the same thing I believe, and I think I sent it in once before. This recipe calls for a 13 x 9" dish and I first had it this past year at a family
gathering. Everyone loved it so , I think you will like this one too. It seems to have the same ingredients that you mentioned Erma.

Eclair Cake

2 (3.5 ounces) packages of instant French vanilla or vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) container cool whip, (thawed)
3 cups of milk
1 (16 ounce) package of graham crackers
1 (16 ounce) container chocolate frosting

In a medium bowl, thoroughly blend the pudding mix, cool whip and milk.

Arrange a single layer of graham cracker squares in the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Evenly spread the pudding mixture over the crackers.
Top with another layer of graham crackers.

Microwave the container of chocolate frosting only enough so that it will pour. Spread the frosting over the whole cake up to the edges of the baking dish. Cover, and chill
for at least 4 hours before serving. Enjoy.

It's really easy to make and it's yummy..
