This is for Erma in Jacksonville.

Éclair Dessert

1 box graham crackers
2 small boxes instant french vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
1 12oz Cool Whip
1 can chocolate fudge frosting

Layer crackers in 9x13" pan. Mix pudding and milk together, then fold in Cool Whip.
Put layer of pudding mix, then another layer of crackers, more pudding, another layer of crackers. Melt frosting in microwave (about 1 minute). Pour frosting over top layer of crackers. Best if chilled overnight. If there are any leftovers, keep refrigerated.
