Hello everyone .
I know Jello does not make butter pecan pudding anymore. Does anyone have a tried and true recipe for it.

On March 4th, Chris in NM mentioned that her friends felt the Eclair Pudding Cake would be better without the frosting.

My recipe does not call for the frosting but has a glaze and is for double your recipe to fit in a 9x13 dish.

Eclair Pudding Cake

2 Tblsp. softened butter
2 Tblsp. honey
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1-1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar

Combine the butter, honey and chocolate in a bowl; beat with a mixer until smooth. Gradually beat in the powdered sugar and spread over the top layer of graham crackers.

This dessert is also very good if you use either French vanilla pudding or white chocolate pudding or one each.
