Goulash
1 c. elbow macaroni
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. bell pepper
1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Velveeta cheese for topping
Cook macaroni (drain). Brown hamburger
with onion and bell peppers. Add
Worcestershire after meat is browned.
Mix in soup. Salt and pepper. Pour meat
and noodles in casserole dish. Bake at
350 degrees for 45 minutes. Slice cheese
on top and leave in oven until cheese
melts. Serves 4 to 6.
