I am sorry I do not know who asked for Irish Soda Bread recipe in 3/7 newsletter but here is one I have

Irish Soda Bread #6

4 cups flour
1tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup caraway seeds
2 cups buttermilk(I use sour)
2 cups raisins
Mix dry ingredients and seeds
Add milk

Can use a little more if needed add raisins and mix in Bake at 400 40 minutes.
