Pasta Salad
2 cups dry small shell pasta
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 Tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup celery, thinly sliced
1-1/2 pounds cooked shrimp, halved
Cook pasta following package directions. Drain and rinse
with cold water. Set aside. In a large bowl, blend
mayonnaise, vinegar and old bay seasoning. Mix in pasta,
onion, celery and shrimp. Chill 2 hours or until ready to
serve. Stir and sprinkle with extra old bay if desired.
