Ohio requested a candy recipe using
Frito's. I've used this one for several
years, and it is really good. One of my
granddaughters requests this a lot, and
its easy to make.
10 oz. pkg. corn chips
1 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy,
we like crunchy)
Spread corn chips in a greased 10 X 15
inch pan. In a saucepan over medium
heat, combine corn syrup and sugar;
bring to a boil, and stir until
dissolved. Turn off heat, and stir in
peanut butter until smooth. Pour over
corn chips and toss to coat evenly. Cool
and break into pieces.
Bet you can't eat just one.
