Pineapple Cheese Danish
2-8 oz cream cheese
1/2 c sugar
2-8 oz can crescent rolls
1 t sugar
8 oz crushed pineapple-drain pineapple 1 hour
Preheat oven to 350* and spray a 13x9 dish. Roll out 1 can of
crescents leaving in rectangles. Lay both rectangles into the bottom
of dish pressing all perforations to seal and stretching it gently
to fit in dish. Mix sugar and egg yolk well. Spread on rolls. Spread
drained pineapple on cream layer.
Unroll the other can of crescents and place on top of pineapple. Mix
the egg white and sugar and brush on rolls. Bake 30-40 minutes. Cool
until warm. Cut and serve.
