Favorite Lemon Poppy Seed Cake

1 lemon cake mix
1 small instant lemon pudding mix
3/4 cup warm water
1/2 cup canola oil
4 eggs
2 tea lemon extract
1/3 cup poppy seeds

In mixing bowl, combine cake and pudding mixes. Add water, oil, eggs & extract. Beat for 30
sec on low to mix. Beat for 3 min on med. Stir in poppy seeds.

Pour into a greased 12” bundt pan. Bake at 350 deg for 50-60 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 min.
Then invert to serving plate. Brush glaze over warm cake.

Glaze
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 Juice 1 lemon

Combine and mix well.
I prefer Duncan Hines cake mix or Betty Crocker.
