Key Lime Pie
Makes 8 Servings
2 containers of Yoplait Light Key lime pie yogurt
8 ounces Cool Whip Whipped Topping Sugar free
1/4 cup(s) water
1 package(s) Jell-O Sugar-Free Lime (small)
Stir Jell-O into 1/4 cup of hot water until dissolved. Add the 2
containers (6 oz) Yoplait Key Lime Pie light yogurt and whisk until
combined. Add 8 ounces of cool whip sugar free, fold in with wooden
spoon chill 2 hours or overnight
You can put into graham cracker crust for a pie, Or You can put into
dessert dishes and crumble one-half graham cracker in it before
serving for lower calorie dessert. Mary from Indiana

I went back on Weight Watcher's today. Mary's recipe is one that I
really eat a lot of when on WW. Under the old system this was 2
points per serving. Under the Points Plus system it is almost 3 per
serving. If you put it in a graham cracker shell it goes up to 4
points per serving. I like to sprinkle a few graham cracker crumbs
on top. It gives the flavor but not extra points.
I have tried many other combinations of yogurt and Jell-O that were
great as well. Thank you Mary for reminding me of this recipe. I
went out this afternoon to get the makings for sugar free yogurt
lemon pie + lemon Jell-O. It is so good when one needs something
sweet.
If there are those that would like for me to share recipes (not
copyrighted) tips and ideas I will be glad to.
