Lemon Lime
Poppyseed Cake
1 yellow cake mix
1- 4 serving size instant lemon or
vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/2 cup water
1/4 lemon juice
1/4 cup lime juice
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup poppyseeds
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large
mixing bowl, beat all ingredients with
mixer for 2-3 minutes. Spray bundt pan
with non stick cooking spray. Pour
batter into bundt pan. Bake 40-45
minutes or tested with toothpick and
comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes before
flipping on to serving dish. Use a
toothpick or skewer to poke holes all
over cake.
Glaze
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
Mix together until smooth. Spoon glaze
all over cake. Cool before serving.
