Coffee Can Chicken
a patient gave me this

2-1 pound coffee cans
24 self starter charcoal pieces
8 chicken breasts
Desired seasoning

Wash and pound chicken. Put the coffee cans outside on a safe surface for cooking. Put 12 pieces of charcoal in each can. Light charcoal and let it turn to white ash. Meanwhile, season breasts as desired. Wrap each breast individually tightly in heavy duty foil. Push chicken packs down in can on top of coals. Let it cook for 3 hours. Don't move chicken-just set the timer for 3 hours and forget it.
