Tuna Chow Mein












Tuna Chow Mein

1 (7 ounce) can tuna
2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. green pepper
1/2 c. onion
6 oz. chow mein noodles
2 cans mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. water
Seasoning to taste

Fry together celery, onion and green pepper. Mix soup, milk, water and seasonings. Mix all ingredients together. Bake in greased uncovered dish at 325 for 1 hour.
Serves 4
