Biscoff Biscuits











Vegetable Soup

1-2 lbs hamburger
olive oil
I large onion chopped
1 tsp. Minced garlic
2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 1lb. Pkg frozen mixed vegetables
2 cans chopped tomatoes
3 Tbs. Italian Seasoning
Salt and Pepper
1 12 oz can tomato paste.

Brown beef and onion in olive oil. (use good quality beef and do not drain.) Add potatoes, vegetables and tomatoes and seasoning and garlic. Fill pot with water and cook at least 30 minutes. Add tomato paste and one can of water. Simmer at least another 30 minutes. Adjust seasoning according to taste. Serve. With French bread, sliced.
