Baked Peach Pudding






Baked Peach Pudding

3 Cups fresh peaches, thinly sliced
2 Cups skim milk
2 Cups bread crumbs
1 Pinch salt
1 Cup dark brown sugar
1/4 Cup Egg Beaters® 99% Egg Substitute
1 egg
1/4 Cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter (Light)
1/4 Teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350F.

Scald milk, stir hot milk into bread crumbs. Add butter and mix well. Add salt, brown sugar, eggs, cinnamon, stir into bread crumb mixture. Fold in peaches.

Butter a casserole dish, pour in pudding mixture and bake 1 hour.
