Chicken with Carrots

Chicken with Carrots
Makes 2 Servings

1 (10 ounce) box frozen whole baby carrots
1 cup cubed chicken (I use chicken breasts, cook them and then cut in cubes)
4 teaspoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cumin

Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan. Cover and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes or until carrots are tender.
