Corn Beef N Cabbage Casserole






This is one of my favorites:

Corn Beef N Cabbage Casserole

4 cups chopped cabbage
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup butter or margarine
8 ozs. noodles. cooked and drained
1 (12 ounce) can corn beef ( crumbled )
1 cup (4 oz) shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp, caraway seeds
1/4 tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute cabbage, celery, and onions in butter. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon into a 2 quart casserole dish and cover and bake 45 to 50 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
