Bisquick Zucchini Casserole











 
Bisquick Zucchini Casserole
Serves 6

4 cups zucchini; sliced
1 cup Bisquick
4 eggs; beaten
1/2 Cup onion; chopped
1/2 cup cheddar cheese; grated
1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
2 teaspoons parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
8 ounces Mozzerella cheese

Mix all except Mozzerella cheese well. Place in well-greased 13x9. Top with either shredded
Mozzerella or Mozzerella slices. Bake in 350 oven for 40 minutes.
