French Toast

French Toast
Makes 2 Servings

2 Eggs
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Cup Light cream
1 Tablespoon Sugar
4 Slices White bread
4 Tablespoons Butter

Beat together the eggs, salt, cream and sugar. Dip the bread in the mixture. Fry in the butter until browned on both sides. Serve with jelly, syrup or cinnamon-sugar.
