Bisquick Impossible Beef Burrito Pie
Serves 4

1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 cup taco sauce
2/3 cup finely crushed tortilla chips
2 cups shredded Cojack cheese
1-1/4 cups milk
3 eggs
3/4 cup Bisquick

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and generously grease a 10" pie pan; set aside. In heavy skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned; drain well. Add chili powder, cumin,
salt, pepper, and half of the taco sauce. Sprinkle the crushed tortilla chips in prepared pie pan and top with half of the Cojack cheese.

Top cheese with beef mixture. In medium bowl combine milk, eggs, and baking mix and stir with wire whisk until combined. Pour over beef mixture in pie pan and bake at 400 degrees F for 25-35 minutes until puffed and golden. Drizzle remaining taco sauce over pie and top with remaining cheese. Return to oven and bake 4-5 minutes longr until cheese melts.
