Bisquick Impossible Salmon Pie











 
Bisquick Impossible Salmon Pie
Makes 6 Servings

1 can (15-1/2 oz.) salmon, drained
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. green pepper
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. buttermilk baking mix
3 eggs
1/2 to 1 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Sprinkle salmon, onion, green pepper and cheese in 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate. Beat other ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes until knife
comes out clean.
