I need to take a dish for a pot luck meal dish where I teach.  It needs to feed at least 20 people and is easy to prepare.  Four or five times a year our teachers and aides bring their favorite pot luck dishes to the teachers lounge.  Often there are too many desserts and not enough main dishes and vegetable dishes. Can anyone help me with this.
