Good morning Nancy and all Landers,
This is just a follow up to all the wonderful people who gave me suggestions on freezing ground up bologna. I froze some of the bologna ground up - not a good idea lol. When thawed it got mealy and didn't taste right. So I froze 1/2 a ring of bologna and when thawed out it was great. So now all I have to do is wait for bologna to go on sale - $5 a ring is a little expensive for me.
We are in for a very cold week here in Wisconsin - temps for all week are in the below zero mark for our Highs.
