Not sure what the original question was but the way I save the recipe I want is to

Highlight recipe then press CTRL C . Then I go to my Word file and open it to a New File. There I press CTRL V and it copies it. Then Save to your recipes folder.

Impossible Rhubarb Pie Recipe

3 c. chopped rhubarb
4 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 10" pan, put rhubarb in pan. Blend all remaining ingredients for 3 minutes. Pour over rhubarb. Let set for a few minutes. Bake 40 to 45 minutes.

Impossible Lemon Pie Recipe

2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. margarine
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. lemon juice

Place milk, sugar, Bisquick, margarine, eggs, vanilla and lemon juice in container of blender. Cover and blend on high speed for 15 seconds. Pour into a greased 10 inch pie plate. Bake in 350 degree oven until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. About 50 to 55 minutes.

Sue's Rhubarb Squares Recipe

1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1/4 c. shortening
2 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. quick oats
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen sliced strawberries or 1 c. fresh
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen rhubarb, thawed & well drained or 2 1/2 c. fresh
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. Bisquick
1 egg

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease square pan, 9 x 9 x 2 inch. Mix brown sugar, margarine and shortening until well blended. Stir in 2 cups baking mix and the oats until crumbly. Press half of the crumbly mixture in the pan. Bake until set, about 10 minutes. Mix rhubarb, strawberries, sugar, 1/4 cup baking mix and the egg in 2 quart pan. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir 30 seconds, if using frozen fruit, about 2 minutes if using fresh fruit. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle remaining crumbly mixture over top, press gently. Bake 30 minutes. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.

Blueberry Dumplings Recipe


1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
4 c. blueberries

Simmer 5 minutes.

2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk
1 egg

Drop by tablespoon in syrup and cook covered 20 minutes.

Beef and Zucchini Recipe

1 lb. ground beef or turkey
3 or 4 sm. zucchini, cut into 1/4" slices
1/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
2 c. spaghetti sauce
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. sm. curd creamed cottage cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease square baking dish in 10" skillet until brown; drain. Place zucchini slices in single layer in baking dish; sprinkle with 1/4 cup baking mix. Top with beef and spaghetti sauce. Mix 1 cup baking mix, cottage cheese and egg until soft dough forms; spread over sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered until hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Bisquick Cinnamon Coffee Cake Recipe

3 c. Bisquick mix
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. margarine
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. margarine
3 tsp. water, hot

Thoroughly mix ingredients. Spread in well buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with mixture of brown sugar, cinnamon, margarine. Work together until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of batter evenly. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes until solid and browned. Glaze with mixture of powdered sugar, margarine and hot water.

Salsa Spaghetti Recipe

7 oz. vermicelli, cooked
1 Tbsp. olive oil
3 cups thick and chunky salsa
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed & drained
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Toss pasta and oil together in a Dutch oven; drain. Add salsa and next 3 ingredients; cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve with shredded Monterey Jack cheese or desired toppings.

Note: You can probably use your favorite pasta - I usually use fetucinni. Only 1 pot and a colander to wsh! AND QUICK.

I am looking for cupcake and muffin recipes that will leave people in awe after eating them, that they will want more! Can anyone help me with recipes?

Does anyone have a recipe for baked macaroni and cheese that includes little bits of tomato? This is how I recall the delicious mac and cheese that was available at the Automat (Horn and Hardart) in New York City years ago. Would love to find the recipe.

Cracker Crumb Fried Zucchini Recipe

1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
Crushed salted cracker crumbs

Slice zucchini 1/3 inch thick. If larger zucchini are used, peel and remove seeds. Shake zucchini in paper or plastic bag with flour, enough to coat well and lay on waxed paper. Beat egg and milk. Dip floured zucchini rings in egg and roll in crushed salted cracker crumbs. Fry in hot oil, about 1/2 inch in pan. Turn over when nicely browned. Place between paper towels to drain oil. Then serve.

Zucchini and Corn Dish Recipe

1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cups (about 3 medium) zucchini, sliced
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
1/8 teaspoon (optional) red pepper, crushed
1 1/2 cups loose-pack frozen whole-kernel corn
1 cup (about 1 medium) seeded tomato, chopped
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
1 salt and ground black pepper to taste

Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add zucchini, onion, and crushed red pepper; cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in corn, tomato, and thyme; cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through. Season with salt and pepper.
Makes 4 servings

Baked Zucchini Gratin Recipe

1 onion, sliced
2 lbs zucchini, sliced
1/2 cup butter, melted and divided
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

In a lightly greased 2 quart baking dish, layer onion and zucchini. Drizzle with 1/4 cup butter; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. In a separate bowl, Combine remaining butter, bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over the top. Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35 to 40
minutes or until zucchini is tender.
Serves 8
