Would someone please re post the recipe for two or three (can't remember which it is) ingredient fudge? Sorry but I seem to have lost the recipe I copied a couple years ago and it's almost time to make a batch for the holidays and this was the easiest and pretty darn good fudge so I'm desperate to get the recipe again
Thanks in advance. "Drink" Lake
Forest, CA

Merry Christmas to all my Nancyland family and I hope the new year will be your best ever!

Cranberry Capie is a combination between a cake and a pie. It's an old recipe I like to make during the holidays .

Ingredients
10 inch pie crust ( yours or your favorite purchased crust )
2-1/4 cups fresh cranberries
1-1/3 cups white sugar divided
2 cups walnuts coarsely chopped
3/4 cups butter softened ( I don't substitute --use the real thing if possible)
2 eggs beaten
1 cup all purpose flour
vanilla ice cream ( optional)

Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 10 inch pie plate with the pie crust. Mix cranberries, 1/2 cup of the sugar and all of the walnuts. Pour over crust. Cream butter and remaining sugar. Add eggs and flour and mix well. Pour over the cranberry mixture and stir . Bake for 1 hour on a cookie sheet with sides . Serve warm or cold with ice cream . Enjoy !
