Quick V8 Soup Recipe

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
2 (14-16 ounce) cans mixed vegetables, juice and all
48 ounce can V8 juice

Combine all in a large pot and simmer 15 minutes or longer. Serve with crusty bread.
Serves 4 to 6.
