Hot Dogs and Chili Recipe

16 hot dogs-steamed or grilled
16 hot dog buns
6 oz corn chips-slightly crushed
15 oz chili NO beans-heated
8 oz Mexican cheese blend-shredded
1/2 c very finely diced onions
1 bag shredded lettuce

Line buns with corn chips, top with dogs, chili and remaining ingredients as desired. Serve with fries.

Hot Dog Casserole Recipe

1 lg. pkg. hash brown potatoes
1 pkg. wieners
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. cheddar cheese

In large heavy skillet, cook potatoes 8-10 minutes. Turn once. Place wieners on top. Cover with beaten eggs, cook another 10 minutes. Add cheese, cook until cheese melts.

Ranch Beans and Hot Dog Casserole

3 c. crushed Fritos
1 sm. chopped onion
1 c. grated cheese
1 (9 oz.) can Ranch style beans
1 can tomato soup
4 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 lb. wieners

Place 1/2 of Fritos in bottom of casserole. Put chopped wieners on top of Fritos. Then beans, soup, chili powder, Tabasco and onions. Put rest of Fritos on. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20-30 minutes.

Chinese Noodle Hot Dog Casserole Recipe

1 lb. wieners, cut up
1 small can evaporated Pet milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 lg. can Chinese noodles

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in buttered casserole dish 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 4 servings.

Hot Dogs Southwestern Style Recipe

1 pkg. wieners
Longhorn cheese strips
1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 can Sloppy Joe mix
1 sm. can enchilada sauce
Onion, diced
Grated cheese

Roll wiener with cheese strip in corn tortillas. Place folded side down in baking dish. Sprinkle with onion, mix Sloppy Joe and enchilada sauce and pour over tortilla rolls and top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Hot Dog and Potato Chip Casserole Recipe

1 can cream style corn
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. onion, chopped
8 wieners
1 c. crushed potato chips

Mix corn, soup and onion. Cut wieners into 1/2 inch pieces and put in corn mixture. Pour into greased casserole dish and top with crushed chips. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

Pork and Beans Hot Dog Casserole Recipe

1 lb. wieners
16 oz. can pork-n-beans
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. chopped onions (optional)
3 tbsp. brown sugar
7 1/2 oz. can refrigerated biscuits
4 oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. In medium saucepan combine 1 pound sliced wieners, 1 (16 ounce) can pork-n-beans, 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/2 cup chopped onion (optional) and 3 tablespoons brown sugar. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes. Spoon hot bean mixture into ungreased 8 or 9 inch square pan. Separate 1 can biscuit dough into 10 biscuits; arrange over bean mixture. Sprinkle with 1 cup (4 ounce) shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and no longer doughy. Makes 6 servings.

Hot Dog and Macaroni Dinner Recipe

1 (8 oz.) pkg. hot dogs
8 oz. American cheese slices
1 c. corkscrew or elbow macaroni
1 1/2 c. frozen peas or mixed vegetables
1 c. milk

On cutting board, use table knife to cut hot dog into bite-size pieces. Tear cheese slices into small pieces. Cook macaroni according to directions. Drain. Return macaroni to saucepan. Stir in hot dogs, cheese, vegetables and milk. Cook on medium about 10 minutes, while stirring.
Serves 4.

five Bean Salad Recipe

1/3 Cup rice vinegar
1/2 Cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 Cup barley malt
1/3 Cup shoyu
15 Ounces pinto beans, drained
15 Ounces black kidney beans, drained
15 Ounces navy beans, drained
15 Ounces garbanzo beans, drained
1 cucumber, peeled cut in lengthwise strips, and sliced
10 Small red radishes, cut in half and sliced
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 Bunch green onions, sliced diagonally
1 Medium green pepper, diced
1/2 Medium bunch fresh parsley, chopped fine
oregano, thyme, basil, mint (optional)

Prepare a marinade of vinegar, olive oil, barley malt, and shoyu by pouring ingredients into ajar and shaking vigorously or mixing in a blender. Mix thoroughly with vegetables, beans and herbs. Marinate in refrigerator for 4 hours or longer. Serve chilled.

Macaroni Salad Recipe

1 cup cooked macaroni
2 cup red kidney beans, drained
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 medium red onion, cut into rings
1 chopped green pepper
1 cup prepared creamy salad dressing

Gently toss and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
