Beef Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup macaroni, uncooked
1 quart, 4 cups, canned tomatoes
2 teaspoons salt, I used 1/2 to 1 teaspoon or optional
1 teaspoon sugar, we don't use this because we have gotten used to the taste
a pinch pepper, pinch means to put the pepper between thumb and pointer finger then sprinkle it over the ingredients
1 or 2 cloves fresh garlic mashed up
1 small onion, chopped up
1 lb ground beef,cooked

Directions
Put macaroni in the sprayed casserole dish, adding tomatoes, add seasonings, half the salt, pepper, all the sugar and add the cooked beef. Stir all this together. Cook in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Or you can cook this in a crockpot for 6 to 7 hours. Serve a toss salad that has lettuce, chopped celery, carrots sliced, 1 green onion thinly cut and chopped tomatoes served with the salad dressing of your choice. Serve with a slice of cake.
