Beef Hash Recipe

Ingredients
1/3 cup crushed saltine crackers
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/2 cups left over roast beef, cubed
1 cup coked potatoes, cubed
1 5 oz. can evaporated milk
1/5 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup choppednion
2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt

Directions
Toss together crumbs and butter. Set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients, tossing lightly. Put into a lightly greased 1 quart casserole. Sprinkle crumbs
around the edges of the casserole.
Bake, uncovered at 350 30 minutes or until heated through.
Serves 4
