Nancy so sorry to hear that you need surgery on your hand.
I'm enjoying the newsletter again.

Angie in Nevada needs some recipes and I have a couple that she might want to make.

Skillet Mac and Cheese Recipe

2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni (about 8 oz.)
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1-1/2 cups half and half cream
3/4 pound process cheese (Velveeta), cubed

Cook macaroni according to the package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour until smooth; gradually whisk in half and half cream. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes. Reduce heat; stir in cheese until melted. Add macaroni. Heat through, stirring constantly. Serves 4. The next day you can microwave this for lunch. Serve a salad of lettuce and grape tomatoes with the salad dressing of your choice. Dessert you can have fresh fruit or you choice of desserts.
