Apple Maple Cream Pie Recipe
cups tart apples sliced thin
3 Tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp plain/kosher
3/4 cup maple syrup
Place apple slices, sugar, cinnamon,
cornstarch and salt in large bowl, mix
well. Next mix cream and syrup in a
bowl. Pour over apple mixture,
refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Next
use very large spoon and spoon into an
unbaked pie crust. Top with another pie
crust poke a few holes in to shell.
Brush top crust with milk sprinkle with
a little sugar. BAKE at 400* for 1 hour.
Best let cool before serving. Makes 1 9
