Black Bean n Pumpkin Chili Recipe

Ingredients
2 T. olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 sweet yellow pepper, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 cans ( 15 oz. each) black beans, rinsed & drained
1 can ( 15 oz.) solid pack organic pumpkin
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
3 cups chicken broth
2 1/2 cups cubed cooked turkey
2 t. dried parsley
2 t. chili powder
1 1/2 t. ground cumin
1 1/2 t. dried oregano
1/2 t. salt
Cubed avocado & thinly sliced green onions

Directions
In skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add onion & pepper & garlic, cook & stir until tender.
Transfer to 5 qt. slow cooker; stir in remaining ingredients. Cook, covered, low 4-5 hours.
Top with avocado & green onions.
