Butterscotch Haystacks Recipe

1 - 11 oz. pkg. butterscotch bits
3/4 c. peanut butter (my favorite is crunchy)
1 can (8 1/2 oz.) chow mein noodles
3-1/2 c. mini marshmallows

Melt morsels over hot (not boiling) water; stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter. Transfer to large bowl. Add chow mein noodles and marshmallows. Toss until all ingredients are coated. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper lined trays. Chill until ready to serve.
Yields about 6 dozen.
