Another good turkey recipe!
Gwyneth Paltrow's Cheesy Stuffed Burgers
1 T. extra virgin
1/2 cup peeled & finely minced yellow onion
1 T. very finely
chopped fresh rosemary
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 t. coarse salt
freshly ground pepper
1/2 cup coarsely grated cheese of your choice
sprouted grain or whole-wheat burger buns
Heat oil in small skillet
over med. heat. Add onion & rosemary, cook until soft & sweet, about 10 min. Let
mixture cool a bit. Put mixture into large mixing bowl w/turkey, salt & pepper.
Combine ingredients with wooden spoon or hands. Divide mixture into
quarters. Cut each quarter in half & form into 2 patties. Place 2 T. cheese on
one patty, place other patty on top, inching edges together. Repeat with
