Fresh Carrot Cake Recipe

2 c. sugar
1-1/2 c. salad oil
4 eggs
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 c. carrots, grated

Cream sugar, soil and eggs. Add dry ingredients, then carrots. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. [Icing:] Combine ingredients; spread over cooled cake.
