Goldenrod Toast Recipe

Boil the required number of eggs until hard. Peel the eggs and press through a sieve, (I sliced the eggs or you can chop them fine instead). Have slices of hot buttered toast ready. In the center of each toast put amount equal to one egg. Over the toast and egg pour gravy or white sauce. Serve hot! This makes a wonderful breakfast dish. Enjoy !!
