Herb Crusted Turkey Tenderloins Recipe

4 turkey breast tenderloins
1 cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon dried savory
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, mustard, savory, salt and enough olive oil to form a coarse paste. Place tenderloins in small roasting pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Spread crumb mixture over turkey. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until no longer pink. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
Makes 4 servings.
