Jan's Lemon Pudding Cake Recipe

Ingredients
1 C. flour
1/2 C. margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 C. whip cream, whipped
1 C. powdered sugar
2 pkgs. instant lemon pudding
3 C. milk
Additional whipped cream
1/4 C. nutmeats, chopped and optional

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend flour and margarine well and press into bottom of 9x13 in pan. Bake about 15 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown. Combine cream cheese, whipped cream and powdered sugar. Spread over crust. Combine pudding mix and milk. Beat on low speed of mixer for about 2 minutes. Spread over second layer. Chill. Cover with addition whipped cream. sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired.
