Jan's Mandarin Orange Cake with Icing Recipe

1 box white cake mix (not Jiffy)
1 (14 ounce) can mandarin oranges with juice
1/4 cup oil
3 eggs

Icing
1 small cool whip
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained

Directions
Mix first four ingredients together well. Cook 40 minutes at 350 degrees in 9x13 pan. Mix cool whip, pudding and pineapple together and spread on cooled cake.
