Lisa's Stir Fry Chicken Recipe
2 chicken breasts,
3 T. soy sauce
tsp. corn starch
1/8 tsp. garlic
1/8 tsp. sugar
1/2 lb. fresh
1/2 c. water
Cut chicken into 1/8
inch strips. Mix chicken strips, soy
sauce, corn starch, garlic powder and
sugar. Set aside.Cut peppers into 1/4
inch strips, thinly slice mushrooms.
Cook vegetables in hot wok in 2 T. of
oil for about 2 minutes, stirring .
Remove vegetables to a bowl. Add 3 T. of
oil to wok. Cook chicken and sauce about
5 minutes, until done. Add vegetables
and water. Boil 1 minute. Serve.
