Mini Meatloaves Recipe

1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. quick-cooking oatmeal
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. lean beef
2/3 c. catsup
1/2 c. (packed) brown sugar
1-1/2 tsp. prepared mustard

In a bowl, beat the egg and milk. Stir in cheese, oatmeal, onion and salt. Add meat and mix well. Shape into 8 loaves. Place in a greased 13" X 9" X 2" baking dish. Combine the catsup, brown sugar and mustard. Spoon over the loaves. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until meat is no longer pink, or a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
