Monte Cristo Sandwich Recipe
12 slices bread
6 slices turkey
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. oil
Make 6 sandwiches with the
ham, turkey and cheese. In bowl beat
milk, eggs and salt until smooth. Dip
sandwiches into mixture until soaked.
Heat butter and oil in large skillet.
Fry sandwiches until brown on both
sides. Serve hot.
