Pear Salad Recipe

1 cn (large) Pear halves, (1 lb, 13-oz. can)
1 ts Orange or Lemon rind, grated
1/2 ts Lemon juice
1 c Mayonnaise, (Hellman's)
1 Carton (8-oz.) Cottage cheese
Grapes, (opt.)
Salad greens

Drain pears, reserve 1/4 cup juice. Blend reserved juice, grated rind and lemon juice into Mayonnaise. Arrange pear halves, cottage cheese and grapes on salad greens. Serve dressing on the side.
