Pumpkin Bars Recipe

Ingredients
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 can (16-oz.) pumpkin
1 container (6-oz.) 100% natural plain yogurt
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins or chopped nuts

Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees, grease 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan. Beat eggs, sugar, oil, pumpkin and yogurt in large bowl on medium speed until blended, about 30 seconds. Beat in flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and salt on low speed about 30 seconds; stir in raisins or nuts. Pour batter into pan. Bake 30 minutes; cool. Frost with Creamy Yogurt Frosting. Cut into 2 x 1/2-inch bars. Store in refrigerator.
