Sharon's Biscuit Chicken Pot Pie
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup all -purpose flour
instant chicken bouillon granules
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage
2-2/3 cup milk
2 cups water
4 cups cubed chicken or turkey
cups frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
10 biscuits in a can
Cook onion in butter or margarine until tender, but not brown.
Blend in flour, chicken bouillon granule, salt , and pepper. Add milk and water.
Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Stir in chicken or turkey and
vegetables; heat until bubbly/Pour into large casserole
