Shrimp du Jour Recipe

5 lbs. shrimp, cooked & cleaned
1/4 lb. butter
2 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup chopped chives
Salt & pepper
Grated sharp cheese
Bread crumbs
Drawn butter

Sauté shrimp in butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, chives & parsley. Place in large casserole & sprinkle w/grated sharp cheese & bread crumbs. Add drawn butter (melted butter, often w/chopped herbs or other seasoning.) Brown under broiler.
Serves 6.
