Sue's Chicken and Stuffing Recipe

1 can golden mushroom soup
3/4 c. water
1 T. finely chopped onion
1 T. finely chopped parsley
2 lbs. boneless breast of chicken
1 c. Chicken Stovetop Stuffing
2 T. melted, butter

Mix 1/3 cup soup, 1/4 cup water, onion and parsley. Dip chicken into soup mixture and roll into stuffing. Place in shallow baking dish. Drizzle butter on chicken. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Combine remaining soup and water. Heat, stirring occasionally. Serve over chicken.
