Butter Pudding Recipe
5 slices of any
bread, crust removed
teaspoon ground cinnamon
oven to 190 C / Gas mark 5. Lightly
butter a baking dish.

want to use left over pannetone, brioche
or other sweetened breads, cut down the
quantity of sugar. The drier the bread,
the more butter I put on.
